Job Overview

Senior Project Manager Position

We are seeking an accomplished project delivery expert to lead various stages of full project deliveries, from requirements gathering and analysis to design, construction, delivery, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a comprehensive project management plan that clearly defines roles and responsibilities, objectives, commitment, deliverables, schedule, and risks for team members and customers.
  • Develop a risk management strategy for identifying and reviewing potential risks and mitigation actions.
  • Manage project costs with the objective of maximizing revenue and margin achievements through effective budget control.
  • Establish a project execution plan and schedule for tracking of deliverables within scheduled milestones.
  • Build a high-performance delivery team, comprising both onsite and offshore resources, and provide effective leadership for team members.
  • Oversight of the entire project delivery life cycle within scope, schedule, and budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore).
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in implementing and managing quality control systems.
  • Hands-on attitude, meticulous, and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP, CITPM) is preferred.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, resourceful, independent, and possess good negotiation skills.
