Job Description

This role will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong Java performance analysis and tuning skills, proficiency with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc., and experience setting up test environments.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Designing performance test strategies to validate load, stability, scalability, and reliability standards of the application
  • Analyzing, solving, and correcting issues in real-time, providing end-to-end problem resolution
  • Developing tools to automate performance monitoring, testing, and analysis of issues
Required Skills and QualificationsMust Have
  • Strong Java performance analysis and tuning skills
  • Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Experience setting up test environments
  • Containerization and Kubernetes (k8s) experience
  • Linux tools and systems administration skills
  • Performance engineering tools (e.g., K6, JMeter) experience
  • Java programming skills (must)
Nice to Have
  • Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) experience
  • Monitoring system setup experience (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Production environment performance testing experience
  • Production performance issue triaging experience
  • APM tool utilization for troubleshooting performance issues
