Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality standards, project milestones, and business objectives are met through effective service level agreement management.
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers, addressing their queries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver timely fixes for maintenance projects.
  • Take ownership of project management and delivery, aligning with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss project requirements, ensuring seamless execution and meeting deadlines.
  • Analyze and remove roadblocks to enhance service levels, leveraging process improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and engage stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT software or related fields is necessary.
  • Certifications in Project Management are advantageous but not essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Project Management tools, and Visio is expected.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously is crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
