Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key figure in project delivery, you will play a vital role in ensuring our projects are completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Contract:
- Perform regular valuations of work in progress and forecast final costs to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Develop and monitor project cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Manage and negotiate contract variations to minimize risks.
- Compile and prepare pricing and product information for tenders and major proposals.
- Assess and evaluate commercial sub-contractor tenders and contracts.
- Provide advice on procurement strategy to optimize resources.
- Prepare and review tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Support in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
- Identify and mitigate potential commercial risks.
- Offer expert guidance on commercial and contractual matters, including reviewing and drafting correspondence.
- Track and manage claims, invoices, and client obligations to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare, submit, and negotiate project final accounts to secure successful outcomes.
- Certify subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to commercial processes at project level to maintain consistency.
- Contribute to preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
