Project Delivery Expert
As a seasoned project delivery expert, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects from conception to handover. Your expertise in managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements will be instrumental in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Coordinated design development, reviews, and approvals
  • Oversee procurement management, including trade tender packages and contractor appointments
  • Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and quality assurance
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management, is also essential.
