Job Title: Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Expert to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager in overseeing site work, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project coordination standards. This includes preparing detailed method statements, design plans, and specifications for projects.

Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, authorities, and consultants, on permits, drawings, and design matters is also an essential part of this role. Additionally, you will develop milestone and operational plans for various project phases, including scheduling, monitoring, and reviewing the work of others.

To ensure the success of projects, you will determine project requirements and estimate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment. You will also ensure that site works are executed according to approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and relevant authority requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet dateline/schedule, safety & quality standards, and client requirements. Support contract administration and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions, and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent engineering degree (Civil, Environmental/Health/Safety, or related field).
  • Have at least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Specialize in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Civil, Archi, and Steel Structural Works.
