Job Title: Project Coordinator Specialist

The role of a Project Coordinator Specialist is to support the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include preparing project plans, schedules, and document submission lists; designing and reviewing drawings and documents for timely customer submissions; coordinating with site teams for site work activities, installation, testing, and commissioning; maintaining and updating project schedules, preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, and participating in customer meetings.

Additionally, the Project Coordinator Specialist will manage project costs within allocated budgets, maintain change order logs, and prepare progress claims. Effective communication and collaboration with customers, consultants, owners, third parties, suppliers, and internal team members are essential for successful project execution.
