We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering best practice and business-focused HR solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner to deliver best practice and business-focused HR solutions
  • Engage business stakeholders on HR issues and handle full spectrum of HR operations functions
  • Advise and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects, HR processes improvement and change & transformation projects, learning & development, organisation development for the Business Units
  • Engage and work closely with Business Stakeholders to drive and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects
  • Champion strategic HR initiatives, change and transformation projects across the bank
  • Incorporate best practices to programs/initiatives to elevate overall learning objectives across the bank
  • Provide constant updates to the Senior Management on the change and transformation program progress

Requirements:

  • Degree in any relevant discipline
  • 5 to 8 years of HR experience
  • Well versed in employment laws and regulations
  • Salary ranges between S$5,000 to S$7,000 per month
