Product Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this key role in our organization. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial part in assisting with product management, development, and homologation. You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of our vehicles, including their features, technologies, and potential issues.

The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to dealers, fleet customers, and internal departments. They will also assist with sales activities by providing product information, conducting demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries and interacting with customers to understand their needs, explain vehicle features, and address any concerns or issues they may have.

Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering technical training, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements:

A diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required. No experience is necessary, but a Class 3 driving license is mandatory. A Class 4 driving license is advantageous.
