Production Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Java/Web-based applications, coordinating infrastructure maintenance activities, and managing implementations of new application releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support for production issues in a timely manner, adhering to the Service Level Agreement with the business.
  • Work collaboratively with various partners, including peer application teams, infrastructure, vendors, security, and change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
  • Enhance existing support processes to maintain or improve service levels and quality.

  • SQL (MYSQL/MSSQL)
  • Java/Web-based
  • OpenShift/Docker
  • AngularJS

  • Microservices concept
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years working in an L2 Application Support Environment
