Job Description:
The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Data Center market. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Direct Liquid Cooling systems sales, preferably in Data Center area. They will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that leverages differentiated service models to meet diverse client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving market landscape and emerging technologies within the Data Centre industry.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance, identify key trends, and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience and proven track record in business development in Direct Liquid Cooling systems (Data Centers experience would be of advantage).
- Strong technical knowledge in piping systems (design, installation and maintenance), fluid systems, heat transfer, and thermal management systems.
