Project Manager for Large-Scale Life Science Projects

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering large-scale projects in the Life Science sector.

The role demands strong technical oversight, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise all contractors and ensure quality control across cleanroom finishes, structural works, architectural detailing, and external works.
  • Maintain accurate site and test records in accordance with regulations and prevailing codes.
  • Conduct project engineering tasks including feasibility studies, technical instructions, and specification development to meet time and cost objectives.
  • Manage tender and contract documentation, ensuring thorough review and compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure construction activities align with protocols, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Inspect works regularly, identify defects, and oversee timely rectification and closure.
  • Submit regular reports on quality, progress, and corrective actions to senior stakeholders and client representatives.
  • Coordinate specialist design support services, including cleanroom envelope design, architectural finishes, and structural integration.
  • Overssee full project delivery cycle including design coordination, consultant appointments, performance reviews, and approvals.

Requirements include a recognized degree in Building & Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline and 5-8 years of relevant experience in project delivery, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
