**Job Description
**Key responsibilities of this role include**
- Develop and implement business development strategies, pursuing key project opportunities, new business targets, and client
- Retain established relationships and develop trusted long term client relationships on a regional level
- Driving growth by recruiting the right people Identifying, onboarding, and developing new life sciences capability in Asia region
- Developing proposals/solutions to clients that articulate our services, methodology and approach, experience, and differentiators
- Deliver projects and programmes in an operational Life Sciences environment
- Providing guidance, advice and industry key learning to pre-empt and manage Life Sciences risks, opportunities and threats
- Develop programme and project controls toolsets for clients across accounts. Proving the importance of robust, integrated process, procedures and systems to support in the delivery of Capital Projects within the Life Science Sector giving clients one centralised data source (1VT) to support them in strategic decision making across their projects, programmes and portfolios
- Reporting to the relevant Global and Regional Boards on the progress of the life sciences sector in region against the strategic growth plan
- Coordinate with project team leaders on project negotiations and contract execution
- Collaborate with the other business lines and teams

**Qualifications**
- Chemical/Process Engineering background
- SME in the Life Sciences Sector
- Vivarium and GMP experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement, including experience of delivering change programmes in the Life Sciences environment
- Drives culture of continuous improvement in projects and industry aligning to Turner & Townsend Purpose and Values
- Experience in specifying, procuring, testing and install of life sciences equipment
- International experience working with Life Sciences clients
- Experience in business development with a proven track record of success
- Strong connections to global clients
- 3+ years relevant post-graduate experience in cost/contract management, construction management, project/programme management, project controls, and/or engineering
- Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on team-player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential at all levels
