Regional Flow Cytometry Marketing Development Manager
Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Regional Flow Cytometry Marketing Development Manager. This role reports to the Business Development Manager and is part of the commercial team located in Singapore and will work remotely to cover the region.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, implement, and manage the Product Line initiatives for business expansion
Work with the Global and regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning, including regional and local marketing materials and promotions
Attend conferences, webinars and seminars to understand market trends and build a professional network
Plan and conduct in-house and external training sessions for Sales, Application teams and Channel Partners
Monitor marketing activity effectiveness, assist in funnel management and analyze funnel health metrics (FFR, 30/60/90 days velocity and win-rate); perform PSP on funnel health as needed
Essential Requirements
Degree in Biotechnology (Immunology) or related with about 5 years of related Flow Cytometry experience
Familiar with current digital marketing tools and experience in organising regional, local and online events
Excellent team player able to work with different levels of regional and global teams
Able to travel when required, about 50% of the time
Conversant and fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred
Regional experience is preferred
