Job Description:

This role focuses on creating awareness of our products within the region, driving business expansion and increasing market share. Working closely with the Global team and regional counterparts, you will develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

Key responsibilities include attending conferences, webinars, and seminars to stay up-to-date on market trends, building a professional network, and planning training sessions for Sales teams, Application teams, and Channel Partners.

You will also monitor marketing activities' effectiveness, analyze funnel management, and perform periodic health checks on the sales funnel.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology (Immunology) or related field with approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Flow Cytometry
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and experience in organizing events
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to travel when required (about 50% of the time)
  • Fluent written and spoken English language proficiency
