We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge in AI and Data Analytics within the healthcare and life sciences sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of requirements for AI and Data Analytics projects in HCLS and how best to gather and communicate these.
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles (Business Analyst) in AI and Data Analytics within the healthcare and life sciences sector.
- Relevant qualifications within the sector and project management (such as PMI-PBA or equivalent qualifications).
- Strong documentation skills, particularly in requirements gathering and writing and key project management documents.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices, processes and industry standards for delivering AI or Data Analytics in the HCLS sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and communicating with key stakeholders to gather, review, analyze and document requirements and specifications.
You will also be responsible for identifying and proposing solutions to address requirements, coordinating and communicating across various stakeholders, leveraging project management best practices to define project scope, plans and requirements gathering, defining test plans and leading testing efforts, training users on developed solutions and developing user manuals, creating and maintaining relevant documentation, and identifying opportunities for improvement or potential solutions to address requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess a demonstrated experience in similar roles (Business Analyst) in AI and Data Analytics within the healthcare and life sciences sector, relevant qualifications within the sector and project management (such as PMI-PBA or equivalent qualifications), strong documentation skills, particularly in requirements gathering and writing and key project management documents, strong understanding of project management best practices, processes and industry standards for delivering AI or Data Analytics in the HCLS sector, a learning mindset to develop skills applicable across our health care and life sciences practice, good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, and be proficient in spoken and written English.
