Overview

The Senior Research Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and coordinating assigned research programs and projects. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to manage stakeholders, funding and project progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement research strategies in collaboration with the research team.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate regular review meetings with the project team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and materials as required.
  • Support investigators with research administration tasks such as Institutional Review Board applications and research agreement drafting.
  • Assist with research subject recruitment including consent taking and handling queries from research subjects.
  • Maintain study records according to research compliance protocols and regulations.
  • Manage research data and assist with data extraction and cleaning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Science discipline or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research or grants management.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice research ethics clinical trials and regulatory affairs.
  • Oracle Business Intelligence skills are an advantage.
