Job Summary

This role involves developing and executing a channel sales strategy to drive sales growth and expand our distributor network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the distribution model and its applications.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets in the Southeast Asia region.

- Foster strong relationships with existing distributors, providing them with ongoing support and training to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.

- Identify and evaluate new distributors, onboarding them to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with distributors to design and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives that align with our company goals.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform our sales strategies and ensure we remain competitive in the market.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

- Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with distributors to build relationships and promote our brand.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the chemical or related industry.

- Strong understanding of the distribution model and its applications.
