Our Client is a Japanese company which manufactures and suppliers of chemical products. The role of an Assistant/Senior Assistant in Shipping is mainly responsible for the administrative duties of liaising with clients on shipping matters.
Products: Chemical Products
Region: ASEAN and South East Asia, including Japan
【 What you will be doing 】
- Perform marketing activities of chemical products in South East Asia
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
- Present proposals and presentation materials about company services and offerings
- Planning and achieving sales objectives and monthly sales target
- Perform other ad-hoc duties such as PO, DO, and shipping documents arrangement when required
- **Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma holder in Chemical or Technical major
- 1-2 years experience in Sales, preferably Chemical or Technical background
- Comfortable with taking a business trip (1-2 times a month, depending on business needs)
- Experience in handling shipping documentation is a plus
- Good communication skills and team player, and ability to adjust and work with minimum supervision
- Bilingual (English and one local language/Japanese language) is preferred to liaise with Customers in ASEAN and South East Asia region, including Japan
- Able to start in December or earlier is preferable.
