Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director - Facilities Management to lead our team in delivering exceptional facilities management services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, scheduling, and maintenance operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage a team of skilled technicians, including scheduling and roster planning for day-to-day building M&E facilities maintenance services.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive/corrective M&E maintenance strategies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contractor Oversight: Oversee contractors for A&A works, ensuring compliance with authorities and building regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of similar working experience in facilities management.
  • Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Certification: FSM certificate is an added advantage.
  • Skills: Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
