Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inspection: Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and ensure that all items are in good condition.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist with inventory checks to ensure that all items are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Shipping Coordination: Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods, ensuring that all necessary documentation and packaging are in place.
  • Documentation and Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Team Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'N' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Mature, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Forklift License preferred but not required.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift and move items up to 20KG and handle warehouse tasks.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Location: Alps Ave.
  • Working Hours: 5.5 working days.
  • Company Transport: Pick-up points - Bedok, Pasir Ris, Tampines, Punggol, Sengkang.
