Leadership Role in Client Acquisition and Growth

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving client acquisition, portfolio growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences across the affluent and high-net-worth banking segments.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams of relationship managers to deliver consistent sales performance and client growth.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Relationship Managers to achieve consistent sales performance and client growth.
  • Drive client acquisition, portfolio expansion, and cross-selling of wealth and retail banking products.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline by recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing Relationship Managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and client-centric sales culture that balances growth with service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Proven success in leading Relationship Managers and driving sales growth within priority/wealth banking.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with the ability to motivate and retain top talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging affluent and high-net-worth clients.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
