Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a driven professional to spearhead our client acquisition efforts as a Client Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new individual customers while also offering a range of retail banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client acquisition across priority segments.
  • Lead proactive outreach initiatives through referrals, partnerships, and event-driven engagement to build a sustainable pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Mortgage, Employee Banking) and external networks (e.g., property agents, brokers) to create a robust acquisition ecosystem.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies and deliver a superior customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a strong track record in client acquisition and business development.
  • Proven ability to manage both direct-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) acquisition channels.
