The Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Client Acquisition Manager to expand our footprint within the High Net-Worth (HNW) client segment, focusing on the North Asia market. This individual will play a key role in acquiring new-to-bank HNW clients and delivering tailored solutions through our HNW Segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new HNW clients from the North Asia market, with a focus on international banking needs and cross-border wealth solutions.
- Engage prospects through warm referrals, client introductions, networking events, digital channels, and lead-generation activities.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with external partners (e.g., property agents, brokers, introducers) to grow the client base.
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support and introduce a full suite of retail and wealth solutions including priority banking, insurance, investment, and credit products.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Mortgage Specialists, and Wealth Advisors to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Participate in high-impact marketing campaigns, seminars, and roadshows targeting the HNW and affluent segment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in banking sales, client acquisition, or wealth management—preferably with exposure to the North Asia HNW market.
- Degree/Diploma holder in Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Proven track record in acquiring and engaging HNW or affluent clients.
- Familiarity with international or cross-border client requirements and banking needs.
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory landscape, and customer due diligence requirements.
