Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team.

  • Manage and maintain statutory registers and records for client companies in compliance with the Companies Act.
  • Prepare and file statutory documents with regulatory authorities, including incorporation, annual returns, changes in company particulars, and striking off.
  • Draft resolutions, minutes of board meetings, and other corporate documents.
  • Coordinate and attend client meetings (when required) and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Advise clients on compliance and corporate governance matters.
  • Ensure timely filing and lodgement of statutory documents and deadlines.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on corporate matters.
  • Support client onboarding and due diligence processes, including KYC checks.

Requirements:

  • ICSA-qualified or currently pursuing SAICSA qualification (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with corporate secretarial software (optional).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
