Service Coordination Role

Are you a motivated team player with excellent coordination skills? We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our service team as a Service Coordinator.

  • Manage daily field service activities to ensure seamless customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using IT tools, MS365 environment, and ERP systems is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute field service activities.
  • Monitor and manage service engineer work schedules.
  • Administer Performance Agreements closely with service sales.
  • Ensure timely control of order backlog and credit queries.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' working experience in a service coordination, technical support or operations role.
  • Strong proficiency in English and additional local languages such as Malay or Chinese language an added advantage.
