Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing field service activities to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your primary focus will be on placing customer purchase orders onto relevant systems, managing service engineers' work schedules, and ensuring timely execution of jobs according to importance. You will also support the preparation of complex quotations for field service and administer performance agreements closely with service sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Placing customer purchase orders onto relevant systems
  • Planning and daily management of service engineers' work schedules
  • Managing engineers' further actions/leads from service reports
  • Ensuring timely control of order backlog and credit queries
  • Administering performance agreements closely with service sales
  • Maintaining special tools, certifications, and vaccinations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of a Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 3-5 years' working experience in a service coordination, technical support, or operations role.

You should be proficient in using IT tools, MS365 environment, and familiar with ERP systems and processes for job tracking, inventory, and invoicing. Strong proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional local languages such as Malay or Chinese language is an added advantage.

You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
