Hiring Manager Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring processes, partnering with stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies, and identifying top talent that aligns with our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations on the best course of action.
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience working in technical or engineering hiring within technology or internet companies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform recruitment decisions.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
