Description:

  • We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our recruitment team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies to find top talent for our organization.

  • Interview Scheduling: Arrange and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics and seamless communication.

  • Candidate Communication: Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to ensure a positive experience.

  • Job Advertisements: Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates and promote our employer brand.

  • Digital Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Application Screening: Review applications and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for interviews, ensuring we attract the best talent.

  • New Hire Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Recruitment Metrics Tracking: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to measure the success of our recruitment efforts and generate regular reports.

  • Employer Branding Development: Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote our organization's values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum diploma and above is required, with a strong emphasis on organizational and time management skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer service-oriented approach.

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with training provided to ensure they excel in their role.
