Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are a dynamic and fast-growing staffing specialist seeking dedicated and highly organized individuals to join our team as Operations Coordinators. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.

You will collaborate with our operations manager to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. You will also build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings and coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new joiners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Collaboration with Operations Manager: Understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new joiners.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: Prior relevant experience will be advantageous but not necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
