Job Title: Admin Officer

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Aftersales Manager/Service Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Aftersales Manager/Service Manager with administrative activities and paperwork
  • Prepare documents for approval
  • Monitor leave applications and overtime submissions for approval
  • Assist with subcontractor PO/sublets and conduct follow-up activities
  • Ensure office supplies are sufficient and order as needed
  • Safekeep uniforms and safety boots and coordinate ordering
  • Monitor and maintain relevant KPIs for target achievement
  • Ensure smooth cooperation between all interfaces
  • Filing of all documents and scanning and archiving
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support the warranty department by updating customer data, submitting warranty claims, and participating in warranty disposal
  • Liaise with the call centre on customer requests and assist with CCR-S and VOC scores
  • Follow up on feedback and requests for Service Assistants and Advisors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or working experience
