As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to develop strong trusting relationships will be essential in achieving results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial or capital equipment sales or service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding set targets. You will also possess intermediate computer skills, including a deep understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new service and parts business within assigned territories by making cold calls, conducting service presentations, and following up on leads for new business.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and file documents promptly.
  • Effectively communicate customer requirements to the service department, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify additional opportunities such as support products, overhauls, battery sales, sales, rental leads to current and new customers and ensure such information is effectively communicated to internal customers.

Requirements:

  • Industrial/Capital Equipment Industry Service or Sales Experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding set targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • High level of organisational skills.
  • Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
