Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business transformation efforts, leveraging expertise in SAP-led transformation programs across diverse industries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams on engagements, defining solution strategies and executing implementation plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Take accountability for delivery of engagements within plan, meeting or exceeding promised outcomes for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Candidates Should Possess:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Deep and wide experience in SAP-led transformation programs across diverse industries.
  • Completed at least 8 end-to-end full life cycle SAP (Treasury) implementations in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Possess good knowledge and work experience of SAP ECC upgrade to S/4HANA.
  • Expertise in integration with SAP FI, CO, and external banking systems.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose suitable SAP solutions or enhancements.
