Job Title:

Overview of Quality Assurance Specialist Role:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving quality objectives and targets. This role involves collaborating with operational teams to ensure overall quality objectives are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and interface with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Dispose non-conforming hold lots to meet production output and delivery demand.
  • Perform daily, weekly & monthly QA reports.
  • Align quality assurance processes with headquarter counterparts.
  • Handle customer complaints (CAR) with effective corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular quality process audits and drive quality improvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum degree in any technical discipline.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., 9001), 8D (CAR), QC7 tool, and FMEA.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
