About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager to join our team. As a Manager in the Learning Sciences & Assessment Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Meetings and Agendas: You will assist the Head of LSA in coordinating meetings and preparing agendas.
- Developing Work Plans: You will assist in the development and monitoring of departmental work plans.
- Exam Marks Entry: You will oversee the entry of exam marks for all courses.
- Faculty and Research Support: You will provide support to faculty and research staff, including assisting with year-end reviews, promotions, and tenure processes.
- Administrative Tasks: You will handle various administrative tasks, including overseeing the renewal process for part-time lecturers and faculty contracts, coordinating the nomination and selection process for teaching awards, and liaising with the Department of Estate Development (DED).
