Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Development Manager. This role will be responsible for governing and facilitating Talent Management processes, administering Talent Assessments, and overseeing Leadership Development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Govern and facilitate Talent Management processes before, during, and after hospital-wide Talent Reviews
* Administer Talent Assessments and conduct assessment debriefs with enrolled Talents
* Oversee St Luke\u2019s Leadership Development initiatives, both internal and external, for Leaders and identified Talent
* Deploy change management initiatives to strengthen culture, growth, and innovation mindset
* Oversee St Luke\u2019s coaching system for identified Talent
* Manage vendors/solution partners and facilitate SLH cadence with external parties
* Review and develop training policies and procedures
Requirements
* A good degree with at least 5 years\u2019 experience in Leadership Development, Talent & Change Management
* Strong interpersonal savvy, cultivates innovation in programme design, implementation, and evaluation
* Proficient in data presentations, planning, execution, and engagement skills
* Positive and driven team player with strong facilitation skills
