About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive, Culture to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our culture team, you will be responsible for inspiring and focusing the team, collaborating with clarity and momentum, and working closely with the brand, comms & content teams to translate well-defined plans into effective, authentic branded communications & experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the epi-center of the culture team, inspiring and focusing them to achieve their goals.
  • Act as a unifying force across the entire organization, working closely with the brand, comms & content teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate a positive and trust-centric working relationship with the Culture cluster and respective business units, understanding their mandate, thinking, and philosophy in the curation of exhibitions and programmes and events.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotions with effective ROI to drive revenue and visitation to ArtScience Museum, Attractions, and Entertainment at Marina Bay Sands.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Brand & Advertising, eCommerce, Social Media, and Communications to develop online and offline integrated marketing campaigns to reach our key target audiences.
  • Manage media budget, ensure effective media ROI, track, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Have a point of view, a desire, and a vision to create and/or maximize the cultural impact of our brand through relevant, strategic opportunities.
  • Be the strategic gatekeepers to ensure that all ideas, executions, and campaigns are consistently delivering against our brand and business goals.
  • Develop strong working processes and relationships based on mutual trust and expertise across our multi-faceted teams to deliver a working rhythm that facilitates both quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate to shape the big picture business and marketing context and ideas, as well as delivering on tactical executions with finesse.
  • Be a confident ambassador of our team to senior stakeholders, capable of consulting with leaders across departments, originating ideas, and bringing the wider IR along the journey.
  • Advocate for the business internally, and keep the agency team informed, focused, and enthused about the work and the business.
  • Form meaningful relationships with people, being clear and approachable, as this role must work with every department across the MBS ecosystem, from senior leadership to marketing, design, operations, customer service, sales, and distribution—to create a cohesive customer experience.
  • Actively work to grow and develop the skills and abilities of junior team members.
  • Challenge direction, or the status quo, and seek alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective brand strategies.
  • Proactively initiate and ideate new products and experiences to drive incremental visitation and revenue.
  • Ensure adherence to Compliance, SOPs, and Approval/Budget processes.
  • Maintain marketing's sphere of influence at the decision table.
  • Manage content updates and development for ArtScience Museum, Attractions, and Entertainment across all on-property platforms, website, while working with eCommerce team to ensure timely updates and enhancing customer user experience to maximize ticket sales conversions.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of communication marketing collaterals.
  • Management of marketing budget and forecast reports and ensure expenditure drives business objectives.
