Position Overview

As a Senior Executive in People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategies and enhancing employee experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of human resources, ensuring that our practices align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation and Benefits Management:
    • Oversee the design and execution of competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
    • Ensure equitable pay practices across the organization.
    • Manage employee benefits offerings, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
    • Facilitate timely processing of benefits-related transactions.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
    • Conduct informative sessions to educate employees about benefits.
    • Maintain comprehensive records for all compensation and benefits activities.
    • Act as a resource for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
    • Support the Senior Manager, People & Culture with insights on compensation matters.
    • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and mid-year reviews.
    • Encourage ongoing feedback and professional development discussions.
    • Establish succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Leverage HR metrics to guide decision-making processes.
    • Prepare detailed reports on HR trends for executive review.
    • Enhance HR processes through data-driven insights.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance:
    • Address employee relations matters and facilitate conflict resolution.
    • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and compliance standards.
    • Develop and uphold HR policies and procedures.
  • Culture and Employee Engagement:
    • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular assessments to gauge employee morale and feedback.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:
    • Support recruitment efforts to attract high-caliber talent.
    • Formulate strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
    • Implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, IHRP) is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
