This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business leaders to identify learning needs and design tailored learning plans.

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will contribute to the development of the company's competency framework and revise learning and development policies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.

You will ensure all learning initiatives comply with company standards and contribute to improving the overall employee experience.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs by gathering feedback and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.

Coordinate and administer learning programs, ensuring seamless planning and execution of training events.

Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, conduct training sessions, webinars, and updates for employees at all levels.
