Event Planning Specialist
">We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Planning Specialist to oversee and execute events that make a lasting impact on our target audience. This role involves ensuring events are successful, efficient, and effective, while paying close attention to time constraints.
">- Develop and implement event strategies from start to finish, taking into account requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Promote creative ideas to enhance the event's success.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Collaborate with designers to visualize event-related tasks.
- Conduct thorough research on event concepts, themes, entertainment, trends, venues, activities, and other related aspects.
- SOURCE AND NEGOTIATE WITH VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS TO SECURE THE BEST POSSIBLE DEALS.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of production assets according to specifications.
- Coordinate all event operations, including logistics and administration.
- Prepare essential documents for event preparation, such as checklists and project plans.
- Evaluate event outcomes and provide actionable feedback.
