Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully installing and setting up photocopier machines and connectivity at customer locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment both on-site and off-site, investigating and resolving maintenance and repair issues, managing tool kits, spare parts, and supplies responsibly, conducting preventive maintenance and adjustments on photocopiers, providing excellent support by responding to customer needs promptly, submitting meter readings on time, training and advising customers on machine operation and basic maintenance, interacting professionally with all customers, building good relationships with customers and colleagues, and performing any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • GCE O-Level or higher.
  • A valid driving license to go on site for servicing.
  • Experience in repairing/service of copier machines is preferred.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Basic PC and network knowledge is a plus.
