We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices;
- Perform simple procurement tasks;
- Data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files;
- Answer phone calls and emails;
- Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, and fax machines;
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Greeting and Communication:
- Able to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Equipment Operation:
- Basic understanding of office equipment.
- Clerical Procedures:
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Problem-Solving and Organization:
- Able to work independently and identify and solve problems.
- Prioritization and Time Management:
- Able to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
