Copier Service Role

As a Copier Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site service support to our clients. This involves performing routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our copiers.

  • To perform on-site service related activities at client premises: Provide on-site service support, including routine maintenance and repair tasks;
  • Perform on-site service repair/troubleshooting; Machine setup; Provide administrative support to the service team.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Possess GCE 'N', 'O' Level, Diploma Holder or equivalent;
  • Min 2 years of related or IT technical experiences;
  • Customer Service oriented structured and organised approach with attention to detail.
