Job Title: Copier Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, setting up, and maintaining photocopier machines at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and set up photocopier equipment and connectivity at customer sites
  • Diagnose and repair equipment both on-site and off-site
  • Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues
  • Manage tool kits, spare parts, and supplies responsibly
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and adjustments on photocopiers
  • Provide excellent support by responding to customer needs promptly
  • Submit meter readings on time
  • Train and advise customers on machine operation and basic maintenance
  • Interact professionally with all customers
  • Build good relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • GCE O-Level or higher qualification
  • Valid driving license to travel to customer sites for servicing
  • Experience in repairing/service of copier machines is preferred
  • Customer service skills
  • Basic PC and network knowledge is a plus
  • Training will be provided
