We are seeking a skilled Photocopier Specialist to fulfill our organization's need for technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and set up photocopier machines and connectivity at client locations.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment both on-site and off-site.
  • Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
  • Manage tool kits, spare parts, and supplies responsibly.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and adjustments on photocopiers.
  • Provide excellent support by responding to client needs promptly.
  • Submit meter readings on time.
  • Train and advise clients on machine operation and basic maintenance.
  • Interact professionally with all clients.
  • Build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • GCE O-Level or higher.
  • Has valid driving license to go on site for servicing.
  • Experience in repairing/service of copier machines is preferred.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Basic PC and network knowledge is a plus.
  • Training will be provided.
