Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate digital project delivery and collaboration. This role requires strong technical knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) software and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date BIM models throughout the project construction period.
  • Ensure adherence to project information requirements, modelling and exchange protocols for information sharing among project stakeholders.
  • Follow the Drawing Management System (DMS) for collecting required information, filling, workflow and process.
  • Document and perform project/company BIM deliverables.
  • Perform standard BIM deliverables as per Business Enterprise Protocol (BEP) which derived from Organization Information Requirement – OIR / Project Information Requirement – PIR.
  • Report daily activities and BIM progress.
  • Coordinate and produce drawings.
  • Follow drawing management system (DMS) for required information collection, filling/documentation, workflow and process.
  • Develop highly detailed architectural and structural BIM models.
  • Perform quality checks on structural models to verify they are fit for coordination.
  • Perform clash detection and document discrepancies/clashes to discuss in weekly Integration Coordination Environment (ICE) meetings.
  • Coordinate between projects BIM modellers, project technical teams.
  • Closely work with project technical teams/consultants to get resolutions.
  • Update models with solutions provided by project technical teams/consultants.
  • Produce clash-free coordinated models.
  • Produce construction drawings such as concrete body plans, wall setting out, tile setting out, general arrangement drawings.
  • Adhere to committed drawing schedules and produce quality construction drawings.
