**The Challenges:
- Partnering and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the well-being and growth of digital transformation
- Multi-projects partnering (Developing, facilitating and implementing digital innovation proposals)
- Supporting project owners in starting and succeeding in digitalisation
- Managing account and providing project / technical expertise to workgroups
- Overseeing administration and governing of Digital Prototyping Budget (DPB). Using the DPB to develop SOPs for utilisation, tracking and reviewing of projects.
- Sourcing for suitable innovation projects for future expansion
- Developing enablers / acceleration initiatives to encourage the take-up and push-through rates of digital growth projects
- Providing secretariat support to the Digital Transformation Council
- Supporting administrative functions of relevant departments

**What it Takes:
- Min. 6 years of project management and/or digital projects experience and business improvement / transformation of healthcare sector through technology. E.g., A.I and Data Analytics, Medical Tech, Operational Tech, Robotics, Telehealth or New Digital Services(Web & Mobile Apps, Chatbots, Robotic Process Automation)
- Project facilitation experiences (Scoping to implementing)
- Experience in managing central budget and reporting outcomes
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders. (Facilitation, Presentation, Written, Spoken and Listening)
- Degree with good knowledge of business systems, information systems and digital transformation
