Lead Lifeguard Team

Embracing a culture of safety and excellence, we seek a highly skilled Lifeguard to manage our operations and provide exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant lifeguard certification, experience in outdoor/beach environments, and strong supervisory skills. They will be responsible for managing lifeguard operations, maximizing facility performance, and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lifeguard operations and deliver safe, pleasant, and fun experiences for guests
  • Assist in maximizing the performance of lifeguard facilities
  • Set and maintain service standards to ensure maximum protection for guests
  • Handle incidents professionally and promptly
  • Prepare and maintain incident reports
  • Train and mentor staff as appropriate

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant lifeguard certification
  • Have experience in outdoor/beach environments in lifesaving
  • Have supervisory skills in managing lifeguards
  • Be willing to work shifts
