We are looking for a Floor Manager - Beach Club to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa.

As the Floor Manager - Beach Club, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Senior Outlet Manager in daily operations
  • Managing the Beach Club (+Twelve) operations experiences
  • Assisting in maximizing outlet performance
  • Providing solutions to recurring outlet issues
  • Setting and maintaining service standards
  • Training and mentoring staff as appropriate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for Food & Beverage
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Has experience working in Food & Beverage, especially in outdoor dining environments
  • Is knowledgeable about beverages
  • Is creative with an eye for detail
  • Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity
  • Willing to work shifts
