Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Leader, Lifeguard to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa. As the Team Leader, Lifeguard, you will:
  1. Manage lifeguard operations and experiences
  2. Assist in maximizing the performance of lifeguard facilities
  3. Provide a safe, pleasant, and fun experience for all guests
  4. Set and maintain service standards
  5. Ensure maximum protection for guests
  6. Handle incidents professionally and promptly
  7. Prepare and maintain incident reports
  8. Train and mentor staff as appropriate

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who:
  1. Possesses relevant lifeguard certification
  2. Has experience in outdoor/beach environments in lifesaving
  3. Has supervisory skills in managing lifeguards
  4. Is willing to work shifts
